Payments are accepted via Squarespace, Thinkific, Venmo, or other agreed-upon methods.

All payments must be made in full before access to services is granted.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to videos, workbooks, scripts, graphics, meditations, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Pleasure Sage Solutions, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or resold without express written permission.

You may download materials for personal use only.

5. Confidentiality and Group Participation

If you participate in group coaching or workshops, you agree to uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of all other participants. Sharing other participants’ identities, stories, or contributions outside of the group setting is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from a program or group who violates these terms, including engaging in harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior.

6. Sensitive Content

Our services often involve sensitive topics including sex, trauma, mental health, and emotional healing. By engaging with our content, you acknowledge this and agree to care for your own well-being, including seeking professional support when needed.

We are not responsible for emotional distress or discomfort that may arise during your participation.

While our services are designed to support healing and growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary by individual. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

We are not liable for interruptions or technical failures caused by third-party platforms (such as Thinkific or Squarespace) or internet service providers. Please ensure you have the proper access, equipment, and software to participate in our offerings.
